The HCMR is published twice per year. No. 1 of each volume comes out in April, and No. 2 comes out in December. One-year (two issues) print subscriptions are available, at rates of $10.00 for students, $15.00 for other individuals, and $30.00 for institutions. To subscribe, please send the appropriate check to
